FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Quanex to Discuss Automation in the Digital Age at Fensterbau Frontale
HOUSTON, (NYSE: NX) – Quanex Building Products’ Edgetech Europe will feature its automation-ready Super Spacer® warm-edge spacer system at Fensterbau Frontale, March 18–21, 2020, in Nuremburg, Germany. In Europe, warm-edge spacer systems have surpassed 50% of market share and will be the focus of the company’s Fensterbau exhibit in Hall 7A, Booth #7A-302.
According to Joachim Stoss, managing director of Edgetech Europe GmbH and vice president of international sales for Quanex, intense competition, pressure to become more efficient and energy requirements have led to a transition in the industry toward warm-edge and automation.
“Automation-ready components, such as Super Spacer, are required to transform customer-oriented thinking into digitized production,” Stoss said. “This enables manufacturers to take advantage of economies of scale to efficiently and cost-effectively produce high-quality products at higher volumes.”
The Edgetech Europe booth is always popular as a move toward warm-edge spacers continues.
Johannes von Wenserski, marketing manager for Edgetech Europe said, “Super Spacer is the best overall package of Psi values, climate protection, room comfort, flexibility and production efficiency and continues to edge its way to the front in the market.”
Fensterbau occurs every other year and promises to attract more than 110,000 visitors and 1,329 exhibitors from 42 countries. For more information, visit the Fensterbau Frontale website.
