Quanex Custom Mixing is a state-of-the-art custom polymer mixing facility. We focus on advanced methods for mixing rubber compounds for the most demanding applications in a computer-controlled facility capable of producing consistent, quality custom mixed rubber. Our current capacity is 60,000,000 lbs. of rubber per year. Quanex Custom Mixing is ISO 9001:2015 with Design certified.

POLYMER COMPOUNDS
We specialize in mixing custom rubber compounds, with intermeshing mixing lines that provide optimum dispersion for dense and sponge compounds.

Quanex Custom Mixing’s history and experience in the development and mixing of sponge compounds has made sponge one of our core product lines, backed by excellent control over incoming raw materials, precise weighment of formulation additives (including the blowing agents) and use of automated control systems throughout the entire mixing process.
