Super Spacer® T-Spacer™

Quanex’s Super Spacer® T-Spacer™ is engineered for the most demanding commercial door unit glazing projects, including silicone structural glazing (SSG). It features an internal acrylic adhesive that allows for immediate handling, making it perfect for high-speed automated manufacturing.

This spacer uses a triple-seal design and online PIB extrusion during the insulating glass (IG) manufacturing process. It’s built to withstand the challenges commercial IG spacers face daily, providing a durable solution for even the most innovative architectural designs.
