Accurately weight minor raw materials, assist with picking batch for butyl mixing, and housekeeping in common areas of the mixing department.
Work as part of a team, as well as independently to run and maintain assigned production lines to produce quality rubber window spacers, to customer specifications, with minimal waste.
Work as part of a team, as well as independently to run and maintain assigned production lines to produce various rubber compounds with minimum scrap.
Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment and assist in equipment design and integration.
Transport finished goods to customers, pick up raw materials from supplies, shuttle materials between manufacturing and outside warehouses, and assist in Shipping/Receiving as necessary. Must have a valid CDL-A license.
