What our employees are saying...

Quanex promotes work-life balance by allowing employees to have benefits such as maternity leave. I was able to spend 12 weeks at home with my newborn baby before coming back to work.

— Ashton, Research & Development Specialist

The work-life balance here is really good. Being a busy college student, it’s good to have that opportunity to have a flexible work schedule to focus on my education. Quanex is very supportive and provides a full-tuition grant.

— Kyle, Sawer

The people at Quanex genuinely care about you, not just as an employee, but as a whole person. When I went on maternity leave, my manager called to see how I was doing and if there was anything he could do for me.

— Miranda, Door Cell Coordinator

I like working at Quanex because they have good benefits, good pay, and great people to work with.

— Travis, Production Supervisor

Our benefits are great! I feel that it’s difficult to find an employer that offers a really good benefits package in smaller communities.

— Tommy, Senior Inventory Control
