Quanex offers efficient argon filling systems, enabling complete control over the gas-filling process.

Available in single-station, 2-station or 4-station configurations, the Inagas SmartFill system is an argon gas-filling machine for insulating glass (IG), ideal for high-volume production of IG units. Touch-screen operation enables the operator to maintain total visibility and complete control over the gas-filling process, allowing for greater efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

The lance body incorporates an LED light, which turns green during the filling process, turns red on completion and will turn off. The fill process can be initiated by the operator using the push-button on the filling lance.
