Southeast False Creek, also known as SEFC or Millenium Water, will be a model example of a sustainable community when it is completed. It is currently being built on the last remaining large tract of undeveloped waterfront land near downtown Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
The entire project is 1.4 million square feet, and two buildings have the help of high performance triple  ane insulated glass with Super Spacer® TriSeal™ in going for LEED Gold certification.
