This 3,585 m2 facility was completed in 1997. It consists of a two story high, High School component containing twelve classrooms, and a college sized multi-use Athletic Center component. The building is placed at the north end of existing the football filed, providing focal termination, and a physical north boundary to Concordia campus. A large tilted bay window is overlooking the playing field and the main campus to the south.
