“We are very pleased with the fenestration component,” said architect Ron Swart. “We went through
and did an energy analysis and had to meet certain energy benchmarks for the federal government. We met those benchmarks right on."
He continued, "The insulating glass had to meet certain expectations, and it not only met, but exceeded them. The glass is a significant part of the architectural expression of the building, and from that point, it was very important we succeed, which I think we did."
