Regina, Saskatchewan

The new Government of Canada Building (GOCB) in Regina is a $21m adaptive reuse of the 260,000 Square Foot downtown shopping center previously known as the Galleria. P3A was selected through a national RFP call to provide prime consulting services for the project. The building required a complete assessment of the existing finishes, vertical transportation, life safety and building code, and mechanical and electrical systems. LEED Certification was required by PWGSC, this project is LEED Silver certified.
