All Super Spacer® warm-edge spacer products are manufactured with Edgetech’s specially engineered, all foam, NO-Metal technology. Super Spacer is a true dual seal warm edge spacer system that uses a high-performance acrylic adhesive for its structural seal, backed by a moisture vapor seal.

- Durability: Our dual seal system helps Super Spacer insulating glass units last up to nine times longer in durability tests than single-seal units. The all-foam formula offsets the effects of temperature changes, barometric pressure, wind load and glazing pressure. The end result is less seal failure and fewer stress cracks.
- Mold Prevention: Super Spacer resists heat flow at a rate of 950 times more than metal-based spacer systems. This translates to lower energy costs, less condensation/frosting and reduced chances for mold growth.
