The 5Y Threshold from Imperial Products is simply the best-performing and highest quality threshold on the market. The 5Y Threshold is available in a full, solid extruded base and a cost effective half width base. It utilizes our patented ImperiSEAL™, which provides a continuous filament that positively seals the adjusting rail to the deck of the sill. This eliminates any chance of water intrusion through the threshold.
The “Y” series of thresholds from Imperial Products carry numerous third party air and water infiltrations certifications well in excess of DP50. Because of the “tucked” design of the rail and the ImperiSEAL™, “Y” series thresholds have a unitary exposure surface, unlike traditional “rail over dam” thresholds, offering superior performance and negating the need for SILL PANS.

These thresholds are available in full width (5-5/8” to 7-7/8”), corridor width (4-9/16”) and in 2/8 to 3/0 lengths.

The 5E Threshold form Imperial Products is perfect for applications where quality cannot be sacrificed but economy is a primary concern. The 5E is a 5 degree 1 3/8” tall high dam composite threshold available in short sill configurations and in 4 9/16”, 5 5/8”, and 7 5/8” widths.
