Weather Seals
The best thresholds and astragals will only perform to the level the weather seals allow them. That is why we have developed the EZ pad, 22 Sweep, and the patent-pending Leading Edge™ corner pad.
Leading Edge™ Corner Pads – All door systems have a straw effect behind the weatherstrip that will result in leaks under stormy conditions. Others try to clumsily plug the “straw.” In doing so they actually accelerate the effect by damaging the weather strip. The Leading Edge™ Pad counters this by altering pressure.
22 Sweep - The 22 sweep outperforms all other sweeps by maintaining maximum surface area contact to the threshold rail. It is a reversible sweep with two bubbles which encapsulate the outside and inside edges of the rail. The two fins lay between. The spacing of the fins make it ideal for applications that use three point locking mechanism because the bolt fits between the fins and eliminates the need to cut valuable sealing mediums.
EZ Pad - EZ Pad is a revolutionary new product that seals the most difficult area on any door system: the top end of the sweep. Just peel the backing tape and mallet into place. Sweep installation and water tight sealing has never been easier.

Multi Point Locks
The MPLS3 is a 3 point locking system that offers high security in a reliable stainless steel material. It is available in 45mm backset with a 16 mm euro groove. The lock tongues work in opposing directions for maximum security and weather strip compression.
