Quik Dose™

Increases throughput of insulating glass gas filling. This innovative machine rapidly fills IG units with Argon gas, by using a premeasured amount of liquid Argon, for better thermal and sound insulating properties. Argon in liquid form quickly boils and turns into Argon gas inside of the unit. Quik-Dose automatically calculates each unit’s volume size and doses the appropriate amount of liquid Argon into the insulating glass unit in a vertical orientation. Not meant for Krypton use.

Inagas Gas-Filling Equipment

The lance body incorporates an LED light which goes green during filling, turns red on completion, and after 30 seconds will turn off. The fill process can be initiated by the operator using the push-button on the filling lance. Features include: Self calibration on start up; Oxygen Sensors; Variable overfill and dwell times; Unit Counter; Adjustable Audio Alarm; Operator “Help” Screens; Low Argon Gas Indication.
