The rigid spacer offered by Quanex is a laser welded section available in two standard shapes – Standard and Low Profile. We are proud to offer mill finish and anodized aluminum.

Muntin

The standard rectangular and contoured shaped muntin provides builders and owners with a classic grid system for double- or triple-glazed insulated windows. The muntin is finished in a non-outgassing paint and can be used in classic rectangular windows as well as in unique circular and other window shapes and designs. We have tooling in house for the most common shapes in the window & door industry - 5 rectangular shapes and 3 contoured profiles.

SDL Bar

When using our top-of-the-line external grille product, don’t forget you can utilize our internal SDL bar. These laser welded sections are available in 5 standard sizes.
